The Climbing Shop needed support boosting online sales, as their in-store traffic relied heavily on tourism and holiday seasons. While they had set up their own Shopify site a few years prior, they wanted it to become a stronger sales channel.
We began by developing a cohesive brand kit to strengthen their identity, then applied the refreshed look and tone across a redesigned website, updated copy, and consistent social media content.
Email marketing became the primary driver of sales, with fortnightly campaigns crafted to resonate with two overlapping yet distinct audiences—dedicated climbers and broader outdoor enthusiasts. Through A/B testing, we refined creative elements to maximise opens, clicks, and conversions.
